How detailed
are the referrals?
We provide the
most detailed information in the business. Essentially, we gather
every bit of information you need to work up the quote without
having to contact the consumer for additional information. Most
leads include Driver's License numbers, Social Security numbers,
VIN#, and much more.
What other
types of referrals do you have besides auto insurance?
We currently provide referrals for Homeowners,
Health, and Life, LTC and Life and will soon be offering
Dental, Disability and more.
Is there a
Trial-Basis where I can try before I buy?
We will send out 5 FREE referrals from your
state to show you the quality and timeliness of our referrals. This
is the only trial we offer. When you sign up on the service, you
pre-pay for your referrals, so we do not offer a trial basis.
What does it
cost?
We offer the most cost
effective referrals you will find. Our referral price is based on the base price of the referral plus the cost of any filters you apply. More detail can be found on our pricing page.
When do I
pay?
You pre-pay for your referrals
by charging a deposit amount on your credit card. As you receive
referrals, your credit card is automatically charged when you get to
75% of that deposit amount in referrals purchased. In all cases
you only pay for the referrals we send you.
How many agents
receive the same referral?
In our
Shared Priority and Shared Auction accounts, each referral may be
sent to 4 other insurance professionals for each line of insurance.
Except for the occassional promotional referrals sent to our
prospective agents, each referral averages going to two agents.
I received a
referral that had incorrect information (i.e. the driver had a DUI
but did not mention this, the phone number was bad, etc.) Do I have
to pay for this referral?
If you
receive an invalid referral, you can request credit for the lead online.
I'm with
Allstate and am wondering if a referral I receive could also be sent
to another Allstate agent?
No. Our
referrals only go to one agent per company.
I have been on
the program for one month and I am getting too few or too many
referrals. How can I increase or decrease the number of
referrals?
Our volume of referrals
that we generate may vary, but generally increases about 5% each
month. The best way to adjust your referral volume is to expand or
contract your geographic area and your profile types. If you want
more referrals, try adding more zip codes or counties. If you have
filters, try removing them to see if the volume increases. If you
want to reduce your referral volume, cut back on your geographic
area or add filters to your profiles. Any of our customer service
reps can assist you with this or you can manage it yourself
online!
How many
referrals can I expect in a month? Can you guarantee a minimum
number?
We cannot guarantee a
minimum because the number will change from month to month depending
on how many people request an insurance quote in your area. Keep in
mind, you are only billed for what we send to you.
Can I limit the
number of referrals I receive in a month?
Yes. You can place a maximum number of
referrals to receive which guarantees that we will not send you more
than you requested. This maximum can be done over the entire account
and even by each individual profile. We can also put a maximum daily
and weekly amount on the account if necessary.
You give a
referral credit of 5% of another agent's payment when I refer
another agent to you. Why would I want to do that? Won't they take
referrals away from me?
You lock in your first 20 zip codes so you don't have
to worry about other agents who may sign up at a later date. If you and an agent you refer choose any of the same zip codes as priority, you will receive the lead.
Any zip codes that they choose as a priority that you don't also have locked in will be given to the new agent. If neither of you has the zip code locked in, you will get
the lead. Keep in mind, however, that as our agent
base grows, we can then do more advertising and probably provide
enough referrals for you and any others you may refer.
